Appointment Policy

  • 10-Minute Grace Period: We understand life gets busy. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within 10 minutes of your scheduled time.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the permitted 10-minute grace period following your scheduled appointment, we cannot ensure that you will receive service from the same technician. Additionally, if you requested a specific technician, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations: We kindly request that you inform us at least 30 minutes to an hour before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest and helps us maintain efficient scheduling.
  • No-Shows: While we do not charge for no-shows, repeated no-shows may lead us to discontinue scheduling any future appointments for you.
  • Confirmation: We do not send confirmation reminders. Please remember your appointment time to ensure a smooth experience
  • Running Late: If your running late for your appointment, please give us a call so we can determine the best solution to accommodate both you and our techs.
