Policy
What is guarantee at OMNI NAIL BAR?
- The best services are offered in our luxury spa.
- One time used manicure and pedicure equipment (nail buffer, nail file, disposable pedicure kits, pumice sponge, etc…)
- Liner protection for all pedicures.
- One time used paraffin wax.
- Sanitized equipment, clean and professional service.
- Pedicure jets are sanitized after each use.
- We sanitize and disinfect all reusable manicuring tools in accordance with state regulations.
- Any tools that can't be disinfected are disposed of after a single use. Tools and implements that can be safely reused — such as nippers and electric file bits — will be disinfected according to state regulations.
Salon Policy
- All of our pedicures duration are on our menu. If your pedicure was rushed and shorter in minutes, please lets us know at the Front Desk.
- We have a 10-minute Grace Period after your appointment time. If you are late, we will not guarantee service with the same technician, and you may need to reschedule if it is with a specific/requested tech.
- All services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please lets us know at the Front Desk.
- We greatly appreciate your business! If you have any concerns, complaints, or comments, please do not hesitate to consult our Front Desk, so that we can better serve you in the future. We also welcome compliments and praises.
Late/Tardiness:
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. If we cannot reach you on the phone. You can do a walk-in service that day. If you decide to reschedule for the next day we are happy to do that for you.
If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled.
